Returns

Timeframe: We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery for store credit, exchange, or a full refund minus shipping.

Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Due to their custom and unique nature, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Items marked as "Final Sale." and Custom-commissioned or personalized pieces.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in the order.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately using the 'contact us' form below so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange, store credit or refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact by filling out the contact form below with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
